– Inquiry of loan balance, transaction history, payment plans and views

3. Deposit of new/product information

4. Product cancellation

– Product cancellation, product status cancel shipment

5. Interest rate guidance

– Deposits, term deposits, commercial packaging papers and demand interest rates

6. Card check

– Request usage history

7. Customer Center

– Direct call, branch, incident report (account/stamp), incident report (check card), services are interrupted.

8. Authorized certification center

– Import certificates, government export certificates, management certificates

* This does not require an agreement on access rights, but you can use SBI Savings Bank’s smart banking services, there may be restrictions on the use of its functions. (Selective access changes available in Smartphone > Settings > Apps > Permissions, select your menu).
