This application is a special service for people with income as employees, workers or retirees. Tax-related expenses – such as advertising expenses or extraordinary expenses – can be recorded easily, electronically and efficiently. The collection process is intuitive and smart to make entering receipts easy. You can choose from many different recording categories. This is linked to keyword searching so that users can find the right category for their incoming entries as quickly as possible. In the background, record categories are automatically assigned to the correct key numbers for ad spend, super spend, and special spend. This allows for employee tax assessment (equivalent tax or tax return) to be done quickly at the end of the year. A direct and secure connection to the financial management of the application is provided. Data exchange is supported with financial management information technology systems (collection of master and contact data, transfer of employee tax assessments). Many key L1, L1k and L1ab figures can be determined directly in FinanzOnline. [+]. This L1-Light employee tax assessment can also be submitted electronically directly from FinanzOnline. [+]. Or, there is an option to send specified key numbers to FinanceOnline as well [+] to FinanzOnline to complete the employee evaluation there.

The Digital Office app is required to log in to the FinanzOnline app [+] Registration as an authorized user is required for some functions, such as requesting personal data or submitting employee tax returns.
