1. What is E25 Mobile Banking?

E25 Mobile Banking is a convenient, modern yet secure way to manage your banking products via your smartphone or tablet.

2. Main function

The menu items correspond to the following functions:

1. My financial section

• Product List – Shows all available bills, deposits, loans and credit cards.

• Banking – this item allows you to quickly go to the list that is most likely to carry out operations.

• History – after selecting this option, you can view the history of account and credit card transactions.

• No Incorrect Operations – Here you can find pending operations, completed operations rejected for various reasons and – fixed commands.

• Operations for confirmation – indicates operations saved, but not confirmed and sent for realization. Here can confirm the transfer, if you are the trustee of a small company or control the expenses of your company.

• Your Audience – Directing to Beneficiary List – Both in Beneficiary Online Banking and Mobile.

2. Settings section

• Customer Profile – When you go to this page, you can change some data.

• Change PIN – Allows you to change your current PIN.

Section 3. Information

• Offices and ATMs – Setting up a search engine for media and ATMs with a map.

• Contacts – Displays BPS Bank contact details, this page can also communicate with the bank (for SIM enabled devices).

• Exit App – closes the app, this option is only available for Android apps.

This menu is also available for default users (before PIN). Then you can go from BPS bank contact details to search engine branches and ATMs, parties and of course to the login page.

3. Security

The E25 mobile banking app is secured in a number of ways, including:

• Encrypted according to the bank,

• A 4-digit PIN that is used every time you log into the app.
